TERMS OF SERVICES

Welcome to 7SUNDAYS TOUR! By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or booking any services.

1. Booking and Payment:

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by 7SUNDAYS TOUR. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated. Our prices are shown USD ($). However, we accept payments in 4 currencies: AMD, USD, RUB and EUR. These prices are converted into AMD based on the latest exchange rate. Final amount and payment will be in AMD. We charge a single supplement to individual travellers who have the wish to have private rooms throughout a trip.

2. Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancellation fees may apply depending on the nature of the booking and the timing of the cancellation. Refunds will be issued in accordance with our cancellation policy. For trip reservation we require a deposit of 30% of the trip price per person. The balance of the payment needs to be done 95 days before arrival. If there is less than 95 days left, then full payment is required. To finish with the reservation, the traveler must fill in, sign and return a Traveler Information Form and an Acknowledgement of Risk within 14 days of the receipt of their confirmation package, which will include these forms. These forms include additional terms and conditions of travel, including limitations of our obligations to our traveler.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the traveler has to cancel his/her reserved trip for some reason, they have the right to the return of these amounts:

The number of days before the trip.
95+ 100% Refund of trip cost
30-95 30% fixed or more depending on your trip design
0-30 Individual cancellation policy per reservation (at least 30% or more)

CANCELLATION BY 7SUNDAYS TOUR

7SUNDAYS TOUR reserves the right to cancel any trip at any time for the following reasons:

If the number of participants is not enough
If the quality of the trip or the safety of travelers is judged by 7SUNDAYS TOUR not satisfactory.

In such cases, customers will get a full refund of their payments received by 7SUNDAYS TOUR. In case of cancellation, the company is not responsible for any loss incurred on account of non-refundable or non-transferable air tickets or other unrecoverable travel costs.

3. Travel Documents and Insurance:

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any other required documentation for their trip. We strongly recommend travelers to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.

4. Travel Itinerary:

While we make every effort to adhere to the proposed itinerary, circumstances such as weather conditions, transportation delays, or unforeseen events may require adjustments. 7SUNDAYS TOUR reserves the right to modify the itinerary or replace any part of the trip with a suitable alternative.

5. Health and Safety:

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in the planned activities. 7SUNDAYS TOUR will not be liable for any injury, illness, or loss incurred during the trip, unless caused by negligence on our part.

6. Conduct and Responsibilities:

Travelers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards fellow travelers, tour guides, and locals. 7SUNDAYS TOUR reserves the right to remove any individual from the trip for disruptive behavior or non-compliance with instructions, without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability:

7SUNDAYS TOUR shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.

8. Governing Law:
